Elected as your Ward 5 Councillor in June 2024

Natalie Hart is a dedicated businessperson, volunteer, and lifelong advocate for Ward 5. Elected in June 2024, she brings experience from a career in banking and commercial lending, as well as community-focused work after returning to Mississauga more than a decade ago. As General Manager of the Malton BIA from 2019 until her election, she worked with local businesses and all levels of government to strengthen economic growth and tourism.

On Council, Natalie has advanced initiatives that improve City services and community safety, including the Be A Good Neighbour program, better street lighting, and increased police presence. She continues to serve on the Malton BIA Board, helping lead the replica Avro Arrow project and annual Canada Day celebration. She also sits on the City’s Stormwater Advisory Committee and supported the introduction of windrow clearing starting in winter 2025–2026. Natalie is proud to support the Punjabi Golfers Association’s Annual Charity Tournament, which has raised over $60,000 for local charities.
