Four Winds Park Tennis Courts Re-Opened

Councillor Hart joined residents of the Heartland community to celebrate the re-opening of the tennis courts at Four Winds Park. This re-surfaced and refurbished facility will be an important neighbourhood hub for families to socialize and play after work and school.
